Our guest house has high standards of cleanliness and good food, and we are well known for repeat bookings. Inspected by the Scottish Tourist Board, we have a 3 star grading.

Park Hill Guest House is ideally situated in a nice quiet area, just 2 minutes walk from the city centre, castle and river. Guests can easily stroll to the shops and restaurants and we are only 5 minutes from the train station.

After a very comfortable sleep, come down and enjoy a full hearty breakfast which will put you in the mood for planning your day ahead. Our Residents' Lounge has colour TV, VCR and books. We also have a Bar licence.

The house is very tastefully decorated and has a nice cosy atmosphere.
Guests have their own key to the front door so they can come and go as they please.

All our bedrooms have colour TV, plus tea, coffee and biscuits.
