All the bedrooms in our Guest House have new flat screen TVs with Freeview, hairdryer, plus tea, coffee and biscuits. Bathrooms include complimentary toiletries. Free WiFi access is available.

Our Room Only prices are from £60 per person (based on 2 people sharing). No breakfast.
Please note we only accept payment by cash.

We are open from April to October.
2 night minimum stay in August.

Check in Times
Guests must check in between 14:00 and 18:00 (2pm and 6pm).
Guests may check in after 18:00 by prior arrangement - please contact us by phone or email beforehand.

Booking / Cancellation Policy
If the booking is cancelled then a charge equal to the full booking amount will be made. In the event of a no show or booking reduction (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.

In accordance with Scottish Government legislation for accommodation providers, Parkhill Guest House has a Short Term Let licence number HI-50558-F (issued by Highland Council in March 2024).
